Sandy Gate

To the east of the city, the new neighbourhood at Sandy Gate will be well connected, with a mix of uses. It will not only serve as a bridge between the city and existing eastern neighbourhoods, but it will reduce the impacts of growth on the city’s streets with an attractive travel interchange. 

It will in addition, provide recreational, cultural and entertainment space where Exeter meets the newly formed Clyst Valley Park.
